Saint Theodosius the Coenobiarch
Saint Theodosius the Coenobiarch (424-529 AD) was a great ascetic, founder of coenobial monasticism in Palestine and abbot of the homonymous monastery. He was born in Cappadocia, lived a life of strict asceticism and humility.
